Hi there, I bought the physical copy when it was available and was wondering if they had been sent out already? Hoping I filled everything out right

Hi Time, just get a copy Hat Man, waiting for Carbex update to 1e POD on DTRPG, do also "House Always Wins" will be available as POD on DTRPG (or other means to get physical copy)??
I live inside the EU, is the shipping done from a warehouse within the EU? In other words, do you use EU friendly shipping?
Unfortunately my options are US or UK. Sorry!
